Adding company & accounts contact details and accessing invoices
To help us with communication and invoicing it is important that all Customers regularly update the information available in the 'Admin - Account Settings' menu option.
In Q1 2025 we will be introducing automated billing and this information will be used to email out monthly invoices. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for invoices being sent to an out of date contact.
Also in 'Admin - Account Settings' menu option there is a 'Billing' tab and then an option in blue at the bottom of the screen for 'Click to view invoices'. This will display a list of all issued invoices, the amount due and the invoice status i.e. Paid / Awaiting Payment. A total of all unpaid invoice is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
