Adding logos and images to a Work Group

Adding one or images to your Work Group is useful for :-

  • using as part of a System generated layout for html email bodies used when triggers send information out from the system;
  • adding your company logo to an Online form Theme;
  • creating your own Custom html email bodiesĀ used when triggers send information out from the system.

Steps

  1. click on ’Admin’ on the left hand menu and then ’Media manager’.
  2. click on the square box with an upload icon labelled ’Drop files here or click to upload’.
  3. clicking into this box will open the Windows explorer so you browse to locate the image you wish to upload.
  4. alternatively, you can drag and release an image file stored on your PC or cloud storage account (e.g. Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive) onto the box - this will also upload the file to your Work Group.

Once a file has been uploaded holding your mouse over the ellipses (3 dots) in the bottom right corner will display an menu with options for : Edit, Download, Set as logo and Delete.

Edit : a pop up window will let you crop, resize and alter the orientation of the image. Any change can also be undone before clicking the green Save button.

Download : will download the image from the pro-FormsĀ® servers to the ’downloads’ directory of your PC.

Set as logo : this option will set the selected image as the default logo displayed when creating System and Custom layouts for html emails and also Word based Layouts.
