Generating a default Word Layout

Once you have setup you form using the builder, and have sent a test submission, you can create a layout of your data.  This layout can be used to send as an email attachment, send to OneDrive/Google Drive, or FTP (other connectors available).

To create a default layout:

1. Click on the 'Exports' tab and click 'Add New'

2. Enter a name for your layout and make sure the first option is selected:

 

3. In the middle of the screen, click the 'Download Sample' button:

 

4.  This will download a Word file to your computer.  Open the file in Word and alter it accordingly.

5.  Once you have finished amending the Word document, click the option 'Click to locate your file' on the right hand side of the page:

6.  Locate your file and select it.

7.  Your file will then be uploaded.  Click on the 'Preview' option and select the submission you want to test it against.  A document will then be produced containing the data from that submission.
