Glossary of Terms
Glossary is usually defined as an alphabetical list of technical terms in some specialized field of knowledge. This knowledge base glossary provides a collection of knowledge base documents that define many technical terms. Job Location
A physical site registered against a Customer from the Customers - Sites menu. A site has an name, address & Post Code as well as contact details and specific notes relating to that location. A Job Location can be added as part of raising a new job once the customer has been selected.
Journal
The Journal feature is available in the Customers and Assets features. User can add categories against which searchable notes, documents and diary entries can be stored.
