Glossary of Terms

Glossary is usually defined as an alphabetical list of technical terms in some specialized field of knowledge. This knowledge base glossary provides a collection of knowledge base documents that define many technical terms. These terms are arranged alphabetically, but you can quickly jump to a specific term by selecting its first letter from the index of the knowledge base glossary below.

Lookup source
Is a source of data held within the system that can be used to populate fields on a form via 'Lookup field' control. The source can be either a CSV file uploaded into the system (either manually or automatically by a scheduled collection service) or a data source created by the system itself. System created data sources include Customers, Customer Sites, Jobs, products, Asset status and Asset types.
