Setting password strengths

From the 'Admin - Account Settings - Company Information tab' menu it is possible to change the required strength for user account passwords.

Clicking the 'Password Strength' dropdown box will let you select from :

Not set
Weak
Medium
Strong
Very Strong


Each option is colour coded to indicate the relative increasing strength being set. Increasing the strength will require ALL password to have an increased number of characters and combination of upper & lower case letters as well as numbers and non-alphanumberic characters.
