Am I locked in to fixed term contract?

No. We operate a 30-day rolling License for all our subscription Plans.

Every 30 days (on or around the 19th of each month) we will send you an invoice based on whichever these applies to your subscription :

  • the nr of Active Mobile user accounts in your Work Group (ESSENTIAL and PLUS Plans).
  • the Online Forms Plan you have subscribed to.
  • an Assets Base Plan + any additional asset bundles.

Unless you have asked to cancel your subscription to pro-Forms® completely your subscription will roll over into the next 30 day period automatically. You can upgrade between Plans and add/ remove Mobile users in any 30 day period and this will be reflected on your next invoice.
