Can I upgrade/ downgrade between subscription plans?
Yes. Customers are able to do this for themselves without need to ask or contact us.
Please visit the 'Admin - Account Settings' main menu option. Then click the 'Billing' tab.
Under the heading 'Current Plan' you will see 2 blue buttons; 'Change Mobile Plan' and 'Change Online Plan' - click the appropriate button to see what your current Plan is and then choose to upgrade/ downgrade.
Under the heading 'Additional Modules' you can use the slider to activate the Digital ID Plan.
The changes made will be reflected in your next invoice from us.
There is no restriction on when or how often you upgrade/ downgrade but the changes will affect the amount invoiced at the next invoicing point.
