Can I upgrade/ downgrade between subscription plans?

Yes. Customers are able to do this for themselves without need to ask or contact us. 

Please visit the 'Admin - Module Manager' main menu option.

Using the options in this section you can use slider toggles to add/ remove Module or by clicking the configure icons you can further refine specific Plans e.g. upgrade from Mobile ESSENTIALS to PLUS or add further asset bundles to your account.

The changes made will be reflected in your next invoice from us.

There is no restriction on when or how often you upgrade/ downgrade but the changes will affect the amount invoiced at the next invoicing point.
