How do I cancel my pro-Forms subscription?

You need to give 30 day's notice of cancelling your pro-Forms® subscription as per Terms & Conditions published at www.pro-forms.co.uk.

Cancelling a subscription can be done from within your Work Group:-

  1. Go to the Admin menu option.
  2. Then to Account Settings.
  3. Click on the Billing tab top left and then the red 'Cancel Subscription' button.
  4. This will notify us by email.

Your 30 day notice period will commence on the day/ date we receive your email. Your Work Group will remain fully functional until the end of the 30th day. After that, access will be removed.

Please note you may still be liable to receive a final invoice for a full month's subscription depending on when in the month you cancel. We issue invoices for a full month's subscription on or around the 19th day of the month.

All Work Group data (users, forms, job and asset data) will be retained in the system for a further 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation email. At the end of the 14th day all data will be permanently deleted from our servers and will NOT be retrievable.
