Can field workers share Mobile User accounts?

No. This contravenes our Terms and Conditions and could give rise to us removing access to the system or indeed cancelling a subscription altogether.

Mobile type User accounts are designed so that each account uses a unique email address for the username.

We monitor the system to identify situations where for instance, a generic email address such as user1@abcltd.co.uk is being used and we then ascertain if different devices in different locations are using the account within the same time frame. This can give grounds for us seeking clarification from the Customer.
