Can I upgrade/ downgrade between subscription plans?

Yes.

Customers are able to do this by contacting us from the Admin - Account Settings - Billing tab menu options in their Work Group. Please use the 'Click to get in touch with us' link in blue.

 

The changes made will be reflected in your next invoice from us.

There is no restriction on when or how often you upgrade/ downgrade but the changes will affect the amount invoiced at the next invoicing point.
