My Dropbox Triggers aren't running
Occasionally a Trigger set to run to deposit forms into a Dropbox folder will stop running. This can be due to the Dropbox token expiring and needing to be refreshed.
The token provides 'permission' for pro-Forms to send files to the Dropbox system.
Refreshing the token is straightforward and requires you to sign out and back in again to reconnect to Dropbox.
- Go to Forms - home
- Click to open the form with the trigger issue
- Click on Share on the top menu and see the trigger list. There will be one with the Sharing Method set to Dropbox
- Click the pencil on the right of the Dropbox trigger to edit it
- Click the red 'Sign Out' button (see below) and the sign in again
- In View Submissions in the Forms main menu on the left, manually re-run any failed Dropbox triggers.
