Adding and administering items in dropdowns, radio and checkbox controls

To add or administer items in dropdowns, radio and checkbox controls follow the steps provided below:

  1. Click ‘Forms’ on the left hand menu
  2. Click ‘Manage’ next the your form
  3. Click the ‘Build’ tab
  4. Scroll to the ‘Vehicle Registration’ and click it (or click the edit button that appears when you hover over the question)
  5. Click the ‘Answers’ tab

If the question 'Use Existing List?' is set to 'Do not use existing list',  there are 2 options available to you.  The 'Basic' editor or 'Advanced'.  To use the Basic editor, simply add an entry into the relevant position.  One entry per line.  You can also remove and amend existing entries.  The 'Advanced' editor allows you to specify skip logic on any of the values added to the list.  As you type into a box, another row will automatically be added, allowing you to add more.  This editor also allows you to drag the answers into the order you want them to be displayed.

If the question 'Use Existing List?' is set to anything else, follow these steps:

  1. Click ‘Forms’ on the left hand menu
  2. Click 'Option Lists'
  3. Click 'Edit' next to the relevant option
  4. Add an entry into the relevant position or remove / amend existing entries in the box provided. One entry per line
